MCA Master Breeding (OPEN)

I am now officially a Master Breeder in both Chimera and Keiju Kissa! This means that in addition to an extra slot during breeding season, I can do some breedings outside of the regular season. Since I will have these extra breedings, I decided to offer commissioned breeding services for anyone who is interested! This means that you can request to breed one of your adoptables with one of mine, in order to get a new adoptable outside of breeding season. I am also willing to take requests to breed two of my own adoptables for you, though I prefer this kind of breeding to be done mostly for people with few to no adoptables. If you do not fall into that category I will be pickier, but you can still ask.

Currently, I can do one kissa and one chimera request every two months, while MCA gets back on their feet after the hiatus. According to chutkat, once they are caught up they will return to one every month.

So bring on the breeding requests! My available Kissa will be listed in this journal. Please be aware that as a master breeder, I am judged on the quality of my breeding and color matching, so if I am not interested in a request, please don't take it personally! Even if you have gorgeous adoptables, they can sometimes still not match well with mine.

In order to request a breeding, please send the following information in a note:

- Link to your adoptable (if applicable)
- Which adoptable/s of mine were you wanting to breed
- Why you think they would be a good match
- About you (How many adoptables do you have, how long have you been with MCA, etc)



Rules:

- Please don't send a note if the waiting list is full
- Make sure you know the breeding and mutation rules for the species you are trying to produce
- Be patient! Breeding is a kind of slow process, there's no rush
- Please only choose from the adoptables listed in this journal


Payment:

What I ask in return for a breeding will vary depending on the pair; however, most commonly, if I like the pair I will request that you provide a tvinnr blossom ($8 from the MCA item shop) so that both of us will get a kitten (or chimera, etc). In these cases, you will get to have first pick of the two kittens once they are posted.

If I do not want a kitten, or if the tvinnr blossoms are not available in the shop, I will probably ask for a breeding with one of your other adoptables, or with the kitten. I may (rarely) ask for SG or art.


A note about breeding chimera:  Even with the bonuses for Master breeding, there is still only a 25% chance to produce a chimera offspring from a breeding. If the breeding fails, I will move on to the next person on the waiting list. You can still get back on the waiting list right away if you would like, but I feel it is more fair to do it this way so that the next person on the list won't have to wait however many months to even get a chance at a breeding.
